DORSUS NIKKA, our first and main kennel female was born in 2019 in a small Croatian kennel. As the first-born of a litter of nine, she stood out for her mature and calm personality. Her breeder described her as a puppy with the character of an adult dog—curious, brave, and always seeking to be near humans rather than engage in typical puppy roughhousing. She inherited from her mother a correct body composition, adapted to the modern world primitiveness and very good hunting skills. From her father’s side she got very long legs and milder traits of her balanced character. Nikka has an impressive skill set, knowing lots of tricks and commands, and she is the first Thai Ridgeback to pass the UK Kennel Club’s ‘Good Citizen Dog’ and Therapy Dog exam.

Her mother Flea et Tar- Menel is elegant light red coat and black mask female, with large breed head, thick neck and strong bone composition. Friendly with people, self confident when out and about, dominant with dogs, amazing hunter. Flea is a daughter of Emiresky Pavilika, a female that I was always admired, and R.S’S Gold @ Siam (Alkar) – who was well balanced, smart and friendly male.

Her dad Edge Jr., Is the tallest thai ridgeback in EU. He is a son of Edge Thaikru, very friendly and easy going blue male, who was know for his good temperament and good health. Edge Jr. is a serious male : careful with strangers, neutral with guests in the house, shows a lot of body and vocal language, protects his territory, loves measuring the ranking with other males, and obeys to his female Flea.
